We offer economic shipping throughout South Africa and international shipping to selected countries. Our shipping rates are set to be the most affordable option, prioritising cost efficiency over delivery speed. Shipping rates and available destinations are shown at checkout. For time-sensitive or priority shipping, please email us at hello@karvaura.com to arrange a custom quote.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Please note: Delays may occur for Karve by Colour bundle range orders due to custom UV printing requirements.

3. Shipping Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Major city centers: 1–3 days
• Outlying and rural areas: 3–5 days

 

4. Shipping Costs

We operate with a standard shipping fee, subject to annual review. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For custom quotes or large/bulk orders, please email hello@karvaura.com.

5. Bulk Purchases

For orders over 10 units, please contact us at hello@karvaura.com before placing your order, so we can ensure optimal shipping and support.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us.

7. Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, carrier issues, or unexpected supply constraints. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Karvaura is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your order is lost or stolen, contact us at hello@karvaura.com so we can assist in resolving the issue.
